The FC 27 web app is brilliant when it works and very frustrating when it doesn’t. Most problems fall into a handful of types, and most of them fix themselves if you know what you’re looking at.
Stuck on the loading screen
Usually a browser problem, not an EA one.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + R (or Cmd + Shift + R on a Mac) for a hard refresh.
- Turn off extensions one by one, especially ad blockers and privacy tools, which can block EA’s scripts.
- Clear the site data for ea.com: click the padlock in the address bar, then Site settings, then Delete data.
- Try a different browser. Chrome and Edge are the most reliable.
If it’s stuck for everyone, EA’s servers are probably down. Check EA’s help channels on social media before you change anything.
Login loop
You sign in, get sent back to the start, sign in again, and so on. This is nearly always cookies.
- Allow third-party cookies for ea.com, which EA’s sign-in needs.
- Close every EA tab, clear ea.com’s site data and sign in again in a single tab.
“Too many actions” or searches return nothing
EA limits how fast an account can search and buy. Go over the limit and you’ll see a warning, or every search will come back empty even for common cards. This is a temporary search block.
- Stop searching for 15 minutes or more. Longer blocks can last a few hours.
- When you come back, search more slowly and take breaks.
Repeated blocks are a sign you’re pushing too hard. Bots and heavy manual sniping both trigger them. FUT Snipe Club’s defaults (search caps, random delays and automatic breaks) exist to keep you under these limits. More on that in is an FC 27 sniping bot safe?
A captcha appears
EA shows a captcha when it wants to check a human is there. Solve it yourself, in the web app or in the game. FUT Snipe Club stops immediately when a captcha appears and never tries to solve it for you. Ignoring captchas, or using tools that bypass them, is a quick route to a ban.
Transfer market greyed out
If the Transfers tab won’t let you search at all, your account’s market access isn’t unlocked yet. See FC 27 transfer market locked?
“Item no longer available” on every buy
You’re not doing anything wrong: someone else bought the card first. On popular filters, snipers compete for every cheap listing. Try less crowded filters, or look at the best FC 27 sniping filters for ideas.
Prices look wrong
Prices on Futbin and FUT.GG can be minutes or hours behind the real market, and console and PC prices are different. Always trust the lowest Buy Now price on the market right now over any website. FUT Snipe Club’s price check reads the live market for exactly that reason.
